At Wattenbarger Leap, we aim to ensure that your artwork is delivered to you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please take a moment to review our shipping and delivery guidelines before placing your order.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping to:
All U.S. states and territories
Select international locations
If you’re unsure whether we ship to your area, please contact our support team at support@wattenbargerleap.website before placing your order.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
Note: Custom or made-to-order paintings may require additional production time (typically 5–7 business days).
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Expedited Shipping | 2–4 business days |
Express Shipping | 1–2 business days (where available) |
For international orders, delivery time may vary by destination and can range between 7–21 business days, depending on local customs and postal services.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address.
Free Standard Shipping is offered on all U.S. orders over $100.
Expedited and international shipping rates will be displayed during checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress.
If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:
Double-check your delivery address.
Look around your property and with neighbors.
Contact the carrier using your tracking number.
If still unresolved, email us at support@wattenbargerleap.website.
We’ll work with the shipping carrier and do our best to resolve the issue.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will either:
Reship the item at no extra charge, or
Issue a full refund, depending on the situation
We take great care to package our artwork safely, but sometimes issues beyond our control may occur during transit.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, please note:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
We cannot control or predict these charges and are not liable for them.
Delays caused by customs are not the responsibility of Wattenbarger Leap.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
P.O. Boxes (for large or framed artwork)
Military APO/FPO addresses (please contact us first to confirm eligibility)
Some remote or rural addresses may require additional shipping time or incur extra fees.
