At Wattenbarger Leap, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we’re here to help ensure a smooth and fair return or refund process.
Please review our policy below to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item was delivered within the last 14 days.

The item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

The return request is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Custom or personalized artwork is non-returnable, unless it arrived damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or made-to-order paintings

Items on final sale or clearance

Gift cards
-
Downloadable digital products (if applicable)
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your artwork arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

Contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@wattenbargerleap.website.

Provide a description of the issue along with clear photographs of the damage.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the situation.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at support@wattenbargerleap.website with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for our team to confirm the return eligibility and provide shipping instructions.

Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake or damaged item.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We do not refund shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.

If your refund is delayed or missing, please first check with your bank or card issuer, then contact us for assistance.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@wattenbargerleap.website, and we will guide you through the process.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided the item has not already been shipped or entered production (especially for custom pieces). To request a cancellation, email us immediately after your purchase.
8. International Returns
At this time, we do not accept international returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you are located outside the U.S. and experience an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
9. Responsibility for Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

A damaged or defective item

An incorrect item sent by our team
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
